Alien Model

For me Aliens is the greatest movie ever made, superbly combining my two favourite genres in film, horror and sci-fi. I bought this Alien resin model kit a few years ago and already started painting it once before. After a bit of paint stripping I'm back, this time to do the job properly.

I pretty certain it's modelled on the alien from Alien3, but I'm mainly ditching that brown colour scheme and going for a more blue/silver "Aliens" inspired look. Work in progress shots added below.
