At this stage I had just marked up and cut out the top of the arcade board. You'll notice the layout is pretty much the same as the Dual Joystick X-ArcadeTM boards you can buy, which is because it is based off some blue prints of one I found during my google travels.

All the parts you can see here, cables, CD-R, buttons, joysticks, etc... are all from the MiniPac kit I brought from a UK company called gremlinsolutions (I highly recommend them).
