One day, out of the no where, I received an email from the Microsoft Xbox Promotions Manager saying "I am looking into getting some consoles modded for an upcoming promotion. Really interested in what looks to be a really good paint job. Would you be interested in sending me a sample of a customized faceplate?"

After recovering from the initial shock (and confirming that it wasn't some dodgy spam email) I sent over the Dead Rising faceplate that I had created and they were impressed enough to offer me this project for Samsung.

This has to be the quickest paint job I have ever done! I only had 4 evenings to paint it ready for clear coating on the 5th day, to then dry enough to send back on the 6th. Considering the very limited time I'm happy enough with the results, but to be honest I wouldn't want to have to rush a project quite like that again.
